I'm working on SolidWorks? model and writing a story. Below is a description of I-World habitat: I-World is a planet that looks like a spinning space station. This planet is named by the Founding Fathers as I-World. There is a sphere at the middle of the whole shape. The whole world is in there. It is thirty miles in circumference and accommodates only about 10,000 residents. The sphere rotates to create centrifugal force, which keeps the residents standing on the surface. This force is equivalent to Earth’s gravity at the equator and gradually reduced to zero at the poles. The flat, paddle-like fixtures will radiate heat from the inside habitat to the outer space. The stacked rings near the sphere are parks and recreation centers for outdoor sports and activities. There are no big trees but small plants here. They are mostly used as animal’s foods and for natural flavors. There are 2 series of slightly curved plates, arranged in 2 circles representing 2 stages. The circle farther from the sphere is the first stage. This stage will collect sunlight and control the day-night circle. The second-stage mirrors will pass the light at a desired angle to the ring-shaped mirrors capping the sphere. These last mirrors will then direct the light to the sphere’s interior.
